Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on most items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are not in their original condition will not be refunded or returned to you.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All supplements, including oral sprays, are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus original shipping charges) on your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund as well. Items not returned in their original condition will not be refunded or returned to you. This includes items with tags detached or damaged packaging, items with signs of wash or wear, items with dirt, stains, marks, hairs or odours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
